The brain is a power tool in itself and it’s said that we normally use less than 10% of its capacity! Tapping into that vast unused portion can have some pretty amazing results. There was a famous study that showed the power of visualization. The study was conducted on three groups of basketball players.  The first group practice free throws for 2 hours daily. The second group did not shoot free throws on the basketball court. Instead they visualized making free throws perfectly in their mind every day. The third group did neither. After 2 weeks, the second group improved more than the first group that had practiced diligently! This is proof positive that success really does begin in the mind.
